"We welcome all students and their families who share or respect our Catholic faith, values and traditions. Catholic education is supported by State and Federal funding, with families contributing the balance of the cost of educating their children. At times, some families are unable to meet their commitment to the full costs of education. As a Catholic school system, we ensure fee relief mechanisms are available to support families in time of need. We encourage these discussions on enrolment or as these needs emerge."

Our school fees includes items such as stationery, books, art supplies, camps, excursions & casual days. This means that there are no additional costs throughout the year.

Camps, Sports & Excursion Fund (CSEF)
CSEF is provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the costs of school excursions, camps and sporting activities, currently $150 per student. If you hold a valid means-tested Health Care Card, Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card or Veteran Affairs Pensioner Gold Card or are a temporary foster parent you may be eligible for CSEF.

Support for the Cost of Education
Where families are eligible for the Camps, Sports and Excursion funding, they can also apply for the Family Fee Assistance Scheme. Families that qualify for the scheme will pay $520 per annum ($10 per week) for the Family & Capital Fee Levy ($750 reduction in 2024).

A Fee Payment Plan must be completed by all families and returned to the school by the beginning of the new school year.

Fee accounts are issued termly & are due for payment in full by 28th October. Fees can be paid via Direct Debit (our preferred method of payment), EFT, EFTPOS or cash. Fees can be paid weekly, fortnightly, monthly, termly or annually.

If you have any concerns regarding payment of school fees you are encouraged to discuss these anytime with the Principal. To arrange an appointment please contact the school office on 5231 3640.

It is a condition of enrolment that all families contribute to the cost of education. We recognise circumstances may change and it is an expectation that the fee payer will contact the school to negotiate an alternative payment plan or seek concessional support.
